OUR SERVICES

 Ø      Medical management in coordination with the various departments of the hospital

Ø      Support services such as counseling and referrals to other agencies for the provision other needs such as shelter to the women survivors

Ø      Training of residents, fellows, nurses, social workers of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) and those of other centers/institutions on gender sensitivity and violence against women

Ø      Development of institutional guidelines and protocols

Ø      Curriculum development to include gender sensitivity concepts and violence against women

Ø      Paralegal counseling for the survivors as well as for the doctors who will serve as expert witnesses

Ø      Providing psychosocial intervention such as individual and group therapy, crisis counseling and stress management

Ø      Advocacy efforts- produce materials for dissemination on issues relevant to abuse of women, personal advocacy for the individual and networking with other concerned agencies

Ø      Conduct researches/studies to fully understand the scope of the problem of violence against women
